Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation. This role will lead end-to-end project execution for new equipment installations, upgrades, and tooling projects, ensuring alignment with production requirements, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tooling and equipment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Source and evaluate suppliers for tooling and industrial equipment.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Installation & Commissioning
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment and tooling.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.
• Validate equipment performance and hand over to operations.
• Budget & Reporting
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and cost efficiency.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
