Project Manager

Actalent is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to provide on-site representation, facilitating information exchange and ensuring timely responses among owners, contractors, and engineers. You will play a crucial role in removing roadblocks in RFI, Submittal, and change management processes. The role involves preparing external and internal reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables. You will review projects daily to maintain quality construction standards and ensure estimates remain within budget. Additionally, you will facilitate efforts to prioritize project deliverables and improve administrative processes to support project needs, aligning with the owner's program.

Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site representation to facilitate timely information exchange.
• Remove roadblocks in RFI, Submittal, and change management processes.
• Prepare reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
• Review projects to ensure quality construction standards and budget adherence.
• Facilitate prioritization of project deliverables in support of the construction schedule.
• Improve administrative processes to support project needs consistently with the owner's program.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00 / hr.
