OM Group Inc. is hiring a Senior Task Order Project Manager a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall management and execution of our DoD contract. This position acts as the primary liaison with government stakeholders ensuring that all deliverables schedules and team coordination meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. The manager may also contribute directly to technical development efforts as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact with the Government for all contract matters
- Oversee contract performance deliverables schedules and stakeholder coordination
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment with DoD program management processes
- Contribute as a member of the development team as needed
- Ensure effective communication planning and organizational practices
- Employ management tools and methodologies consistent with Program Management Professional (PMP) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Agile DevSecOps principles ensuring effective integration of project planning risk management and performance tracking
