Santa Fe Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout. As a key member of the Project Management team, you’ll coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and progress tracking.
- Review and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and submittals.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving forward.
- Ensure work aligns with contract requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Support field teams with timely decision-making and resource coordination.
- Provide regular status reports and financial updates to leadership.
