Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Resolve conflicts, delays, or unexpected conditions proactively
Approve invoices, change orders, and manage project documentation
Monitor performance and profitability to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications and Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
OSHA 30 certification
1 + years of experience managing commercial construction projects
