Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project obligations are delivered according to both industry and company standards. This includes managing financial performance, ensuring workplace safety, and developing strong relationships with employees and customers. The role requires liaison with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Administration) to enhance the overall customer experience. A strong background in physical security (Access Control, CCTV, & Intrusion Detection systems) and infrastructure is highly desirable. Additional certifications may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Project Leadership :
- Lead multiple projects and teams, both locally and nationally, ensuring consistent delivery of quality and timely results.
- Recruit, hire, and train project teams to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports in all aspects of project installation.

Experience / Qualifications :
Must have verifiable Div 28 construction or technical security project management experience or relevant industry experience to manage multiple projects with multiple customers simultaneously.
Skills :
Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide project teams to successful completion.

Experience : Three to Five years related experience and / or training required.
Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents, write correspondence, and communicate effectively with others and third parties, preferably, and sometimes exclusively, in English.
Mathematical Skills : Competent ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Competent ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability : Competent ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in situations where only limited standardizations exists.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Driving is a requirement for this position therefore A valid driver's license is required. The employee's motor vehicle record will be subject to the policies and provisions contained in the company's Fleet Safety Program.
