Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in architecture and interior design industry. Proficient in project planning and scheduling tools. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Ability to read and understand drawings to create material takeoffs Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus. Understanding and knowledge of building code requirements is a plus

Your expertise in project planning tools and methodologies will be instrumental in driving project success.
Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules based on project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to define project deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, risks, and dependencies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Identify and communicate potential project delays or conflicts and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project performance against established metrics and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement and maintain project planning tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall project management capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, project management techniques, and tools to continually improve project planning processes.
- Support and provide supervision towards OEM opportunities
