SNI Companies has partnered with a Commercial Contracting group in the North Dallas area that is looking to find a qualified Project Manager to join their organization. In this role, you’ll lead the charge on commercial construction projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, under budget, and with a laser focus on quality and safety. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage financials through tools like Procore, and ensure strong client communication every step of the way.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all project phases, from estimates and bids to scheduling and execution
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive preconstruction planning and scope definition
- Forecast and track project costs, changes, and documentation
- Lead a project team including APMs, engineers, and coordinators
- Maintain compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards
