ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITION
This is a temporary position and the length of assignment is estimated to go through August. The length of the assignment is always dependent on business need and dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, if selected, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency that we would connect you with. This is a remote role based anywhere in California.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Technology Services Director, this position :
- Manages, leads and coordinates technical infrastructure work that relates to cross functional reporting and software environment needs in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division
- Coordinates and supports regular ongoing ITS operational work
- Performs multiple high-level technical administrative functions in support of the Technology Services Director and ITS Division

Windows based PC system and a range of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, TFS and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Produce detail-oriented work using strong analytical abilities
Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field and a minimum of eight years of experience in infrastructure-related coordination and planning, preferably in Health Plan technology; (or a Master's degree and six years of relevant experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying

The full compensation range for this position is listed by location below.
The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
Zone 1 (Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz)
64-$70 USD
Zone 2 (Mariposa and Merced)
60-$64 USD
OUR BENEFITS
Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
