The role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of international technology and business integration projects, coordinating distributed teams across Europe and North America, and ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and alignment with enterprise PMO standards while supporting global teams across US and EMEA time zones (13 : 0022 : 00 working hours).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and business integration projects within the payments domain
- Coordinate distributed teams across Europe, the US, and APAC regions
- Maintain full ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget performance
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and risk registers
- Collaborate with architecture, operations, and product teams to align technical roadmaps
- Drive execution in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Prepare detailed progress and financial reports for senior leadership
- Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and retrospectives across remote teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise PMO and compliance standards
