The Project Manager is an administrative role responsible for supporting our established sales team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Management of development schedule - confirming account set up, orders entered, and project notes.
Scheduling install / delivery dates with staging company and internal warehouses.
Management of shared drive- running the open order report for project summary.
Securing staging contracts.
Communicating with franchisees and general contractors for project updates, scheduling deliveries, and order tracking.
Creates and maintains strong working relationships with customers and co-workers.
Perform other responsibilities as directed.
Requirements :
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge :
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience preferred
Previous customer service, sales, project management or restaurant experience preferred.
Computer literacy including strong excel knowledge and typing acumen.
Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus without losing sight of projects and goals.
Works well independently and in a team environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain a company insurable driving record.
