What We Need

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Management Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple product commercialization and delivery projects within specified deadlines. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination and driving improvement in process and deliverables. The successful candidate will possess excellent team leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop project plans for specific product commercialization and delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and company goals
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members and maintain open and clear communications throughout project
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years' SaaS, technical project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-functional team management skills
• Time management and organizational skills including the ability to track and report on multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Customer service mentality (internal and external customers)
• Ability to gain technical and business understanding of products
• Excellent relationship building, listening and communication skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain a regular and flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Required to read and follow all company policies and procedures.
