Job Title : Project Manager II
Location : Bay Area Remote
Duration : 12 months of contract
Hourly Pay Range : $55.00-$60.00 on w2
Responsibilities :
- General project management & coordination
- Drive and support projects and initiatives for the Research Policy Team.
- Move initiatives forward, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress. Hold the line when the schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships
- Predict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
- Contribute to processes and tools, updating documentation and initiating improvements where needed
- Provide flexible approaches that meet the team’s needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quickly
- Resource creation and maintenance on our internal knowledge database
- Manage content development and editing for our internal team digests
