Confident in holding both clients and internal teams accountable to timelines and deliverables. 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, or a related role (preferably in an MSP environment). Experience managing multiple projects at once, not just handling support tickets. Strong organizational skills and ability to track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Familiarity with IT environments, networking, and cloud solutions. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Hive, Monday.com, or similar). Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials. Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. Willingness to travel occasionally for key client projects.

Were looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to oversee and coordinate projects across our IT services, ensuring they run smoothly, stay on track, and meet client expectations. This role will work closely with our project engineers, managing schedules, tracking project details, improving documentation, and keeping clients and internal teams aligned.
While onboarding projects will initially be the primary focus, this role will grow into a broader project management position, overseeing multiple initiatives within the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and confident in keeping projects movingwhether that means pushing engineers, following up with clients, or ensuring all details are documented and budgets are tracked.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned.
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, tracking their needs and meeting expectations.
- Work closely with project engineers to ensure all technical aspects of projects are appropriately managed.
- Push projects forward by keeping teams accountable and addressing roadblocks proactively.
- Track project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within scope.
- Ensure clear, up-to-date project documentation is maintained for internal teams and clients.
- Assist with client onboarding by managing high-level relationships, tracking deliverables, and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Over time, expand responsibilities to oversee additional projects across the department.
