Job descriptionGround up commercial construction experience 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a Colorado Springs based opportunity but some travel may be necessary. Competitive Base Salary ( $92,500-131,000 dependent on experience) Paid time off accrual Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance. Health, Dental covered 95% by client + 50% for any dependents! Description
Key Responsibilities
- Run / manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
- Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Mentor and manage team members
- Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop site utilization and logistic plans
- Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
