Ledcor is seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our team for a large-scale long-haul fiber instillation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations, develops project plans, and monitors performance. Recognized as an expert, they anticipate client needs and provide solutions, sharing expertise and mentoring colleagues. This position will require the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Essential Responsibilities

• Will ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes
• Leads the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversees incident investigations
• Reviews and updates construction schedules, addresses delays, and contributes to project schedules
• Estimates activity durations and materials for complex projects
• Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project
• Participates in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations
• Will set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team
• Provides leadership and mentorship to project staff
