We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to service our clients throughout the United States.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- We provide the necessary technology and access to cloud reporting systems needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience is required as well as previous experience as a construction superintendent.
- Ability to travel to worksites throughout the United States as needed.
- Layout complex construction projects.
- Able to read and comprehend blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Manage and follow project schedules.
- Must be a motivated and detailed oriented.
- Able to communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and employees in a professional manner.
- OSHA 30 certification required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
