Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on building complex commercial projects from the ground up? We're partnered with a reputable, growth-oriented General Contractor that's seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their field leadership team. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects representing a general contractor known for quality, safety, and delivering on its promises.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure schedule and quality goals are met
- Lead daily and weekly site meetings to drive communication and accountability
- Enforce safety and compliance standards across all phases of the project
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to proactively solve issues before they become problems
- Maintain accurate documentation-daily reports, schedules, and progress photos-to ensure smooth project delivery
