Events and Promotions Organizer

Full-Time Position

40,000 - $60,000 per Year

A Motorcycle Dealership in the Indianapolis area needs to hire an Events and Promotions Coordinator who will plan and implement events, manage social media, and perform other basic marketing duties to promote our brand in our local store.

Major Duties and Responsibilities – Events Coordinator :

  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of the dealership’s social media plan; also maintains routine updates of the marketing plan.
  • Conduct market research activities and analysis and establish data management to improve the dealership’s marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of the dealership’s marketing, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Organize community events for the dealership, such as open houses, motorcycle rides, and charity events.
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, regularly monitors expenditures, and prepares summary assessments and reports.
  • Contact customers using mailing lists and personal follow-up methods to encourage additional sales, maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to “Make Things Right”.
  • Provide relative and entertaining content to drive interest and traffic to dealership via all social media platforms.
  • Promote employee highlights and thriving workplace content.
  • Consistently create and monitor social media platforms consisting of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create and maintain all content including photo and video editing.

    • Qualifications / Requirements – Events Coordinator :

  • Available to work Tuesdays thru Saturdays.
  • Creative and positive approach to work.
  • Ability to get along with a broad customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience and / or training in promotional activities preferred
  • Prior knowledge and experience with marketing is preferred
