Audacy is seeking outgoing professionals to support our Promotions + Experiences team in event management, promotions, and integrated marketing in the Chicago Market. Events include entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word formats. This is a part-time hourly position.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
Primary duties include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinate on-site experience for Audacy events
- Assist in set-up, execution and tear down of events
- Support Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution if needed
- Work with internal teams on any recap materials needed for on-site events
- Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with regards to on-site contests and promotions
- Other duties assigned by manager
