A company is looking for a Medical Proofreader to review documents in the Pharma / Medical space.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errorsDetect formatting and compositional errors in documentsCheck corrected proofs of documents against mark-up for comparison and quality assuranceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in English / Journalism preferred or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum of 1 year proofreading experience, preferably in a large corporate environmentIntermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desiredKnowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferredAbility to handle sensitive and / or confidential documents and information
