Job Description

The Capgemini FS Digital Marketing Agency is searching for a meticulous and talented Proofreader to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of quality work for our clients in the financial services industry and insurance market.

Responsibilities :

Review and proofread a variety of content, including advertisements, marketing materials, social media posts, and client presentations, to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors.

Verify facts, statistics, and supporting documentation to ensure requirements are met.

Ensure that all content adheres to the company's style guide and brand voice.

Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure clarity and coherence in all written materials.

Provide constructive feedback to suggest improvements for clarity and readability.

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a proofreader, editor, or similar role in a creative agency

Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of the English language .

Familiarity with advertising and marketing terminology.

Knowledge of marketing industry best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using creative / proofreading tools and software.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Desirable Skills :

Knowledgeable in tools that can assist the Quality Assurance process

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Prior experience in financial services sector

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $69058 - $96287 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
