MidwayUSA has a need for an Accountant who has the ability to be responsible for accounts payable processing, full cycle financial reporting for entities including general ledger systems and reporting in highly automated environment; EDI set-up and relations; payroll; and cash management.

Job Duties In This Role May Include

• Accounts Payable Management
• Assist with discrepancies / exceptions identified through fully automated system performed matching. Investigate and reconcile receipt variances for inventory payables with Suppliers, debit or credit memos or other reconciling adjustments; resolve Supplier / Partner issues through internal channels and Supplier contacts.
• Process non-inventory payables through paperless systems and email or workflow routing, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance to various contracts or service agreements.
• Financial Reporting Management
• Compile and analyze financial information, creating journal entries in all financial areas such as inventory and non-inventory payables, cash / receivables, payroll, capital assets, expenses for full cycle accounting and compilation of financial reports for entities as assigned.
• Compile financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, key measures, covenant reporting) for management review, maintaining appropriate documentation of contracts, cash, expenses with internal governance as well as GAAP and tax reporting compliance.
• Compile various reconciliations and / or account analyses for financial, audit, tax, key measure, quality reporting.
• Other Financial Services Processes, as assigned (including, but not limited to)
• EDI processing and supplier relations
• Cash Management processes
• Payroll processes
