Job descriptionOn-Site Contract Opportunity
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Contract Administrator position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire and will be on-site in Buffalo, New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services during the contract period.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Managing the contract repository.
- Entering contract details.
- Fixing issues in the system.
- Basic reporting and identifying client issues.
- Handling the expiration renewal process, including receiving dispositions and executing renewals.
- Performing various administrative tasks.
- Providing project updates.
- Reading contracts for payment terms and other details.
- Prior experience in Procurement related contract administration role (reading contracts) is preferred
- Flexible and adaptable (no two days are the same)
- Willingness to learn / grow
- Basic data analytics experience
- Basic excel / word experience
- Power BI experience highly preferred
What You'll Need to Have :
Pay Range : $25-$28 / hr
