We're looking for a skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Property Field Adjuster, where you'll manage property damage claims and conduct inspections throughout the Birmingham, Alabama area.
Job Responsibilities
- Learn to handle property field claims from initial report to resolution, including investigation, documentation, coverage analysis, and estimation development.
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process, with a focus on clear communication and attention to detail.
- Conduct field-based inspections to assess damage and prepare detailed estimates and documentation to support insurance claims.
- Participate in catastrophe duty as needed, which may involve travel throughout the United States for up to 4 weeks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, construction management, or a related field).
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
