Overview :

Join EAC Claims Solutions as a Property Field Adjuster, where you will be managing insurance claims from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Planning and organizing daily workload to process claims and conduct inspections
  • Investigating insurance claims, including interviewing claimants and witnesses
  • Handling property claims involving damage to buildings, structures, contents and / or property damage
  • Conducting thorough property damage assessments and verifying coverage
  • Evaluating damages to determine appropriate settlement
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Uploading completed reports, photos, and documents using our specialized software systems

Requirements :

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and claims management systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in insurance claims or related field is a plus but not required
