Hands-On LIHTC Property Manager for a small community in Denver!
What You’ll Do as a LIHTC Property Manager
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for residents and applicants
- Conduct property tours and clearly explain the application process
- Process applications, certifications, recertifications, and income verifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines
- Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and compliance records
- Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, move-ins, and move-outs
- Collect rent, track delinquencies, and assist with reporting as needed
- Communicate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Address resident questions and concerns professionally and consistently
- Ensure ongoing compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and local requirements
