What You'll Do :
- Maintain Grounds and Structures : Keep properties in top shape with daily upkeep.
- Conduct Inspections : Regularly check properties to spot maintenance needs.
- Manage Vendors : Oversee third-party vendors to ensure quality work.
- Preventive Maintenance : Implement and perform routine maintenance on essential equipment.
- Interact with Clients : Respond to owner requests professionally and promptly.
- Be Flexible : Primarily care for one property but assist with others and special projects as needed.
- Handle Physical Tasks : Be prepared for walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting to 50 pounds.
- Use Your Handyman Skills : Apply your strong maintenance skillset.
