They may have experience working as a technician or service advisor. They enjoy working in a team and supporting multiple stakeholders across the business. This individual values transparency and communication and has a keen eye for problem-solving. They transform complex challenges into clear solutions and explore all avenues to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Understand Ancillary policies to adjudicate claims
• Verification of submitted claim requests to ensure they comply with the terms of contract coverage
• Process verified claims in an online portal, including documenting all communications
• Work directly with repair facilities, providing payment on approved claims
• Answer internal / external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications
• Work with other adjusters and other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service
• Timely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking needed follow-up communications.
