Job Description
Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of commercial property management experience (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of commercial lease agreements and tenant relations. Experience managing daily property operations, vendors, and maintenance activities. Financial skills including invoice review, budgeting support, and cost control. Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently under pressure. Dependable, proactive, and able to assume on-call / property oversight responsibilities.
