Job description
A company is looking for an Assistant Property Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support Property Manager(s) in managing assigned properties, including maintenance and tenant relations
Assist with monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and risk management
Act as a liaison between tenants and building staff to ensure a positive property experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in commercial property management support preferred
Experience with Property Management financials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and AP / AR preferred
