CENCO Claims is ramping up for a busy spring season in the Peoria, IL region and is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Daily Property Claims Adjuster to handle residential property claims. With spring weather bringing increased claim activity, this field-based role offers steady local assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support to keep you moving.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses
Assess and document damages related to spring storms and other covered events
Prepare accurate, professional estimates using Xactimate
Capture clear photos and maintain detailed field documentation
Communicate effectively with policyholders and carrier partners
Submit timely, organized, and complete claim files
What We're Looking For:
Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software
Understanding of residential construction and property damage assessment
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Active home state adjuster license (or the ability to obtain one)
