Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year A bit about us: We are looking for a seasoned Quality Leader to oversee and advance all quality functions within our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on strengthening our quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a company-wide commitment to high standards. Job Details Build, refine, and manage quality systems that meet ISO 9001, CGMP, and related standards. Oversee QA/QC activities across production sites and ensure product consistency through inspections and testing. Conduct internal and supplier audits; address nonconformities through targeted corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and update quality documentation, policies, and procedures. Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate cross-functional solutions. Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications. Partner with operations teams to define effective process controls. Track quality metrics and present key findings to leadership. Deliver training on quality expectations, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Stay current with regulatory and industry changes to keep systems up to date. Requirements: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and CGMP. Experience conducting internal and supplier audits. Background in manufacturing quality assurance and control. Ability to build and sustain effective quality systems. Analytical skills for diagnosing issues and implementing solutions. Project management abilities for cross-team initiatives.
