Description
The Proposal Strategist will join our talented group of proposal and marketing professionals responsible for strategic marketing, proposal coordination, event planning, and collateral creation.
Our team plays a key role of winning work at Burns & McDonnell.
Responsibilities include :
- Collaborate with our business development managers and business lines to prepare for multi-million-dollar business opportunities, develop compliant and responsive proposals and create compelling content for shortlist interviews and pre-positioning presentations.
- Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of preparing, organizing, and submitting proposals in response to RFPs, tenders, or other competitive opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams, managing proposal timelines, and ensuring the delivery of persuasive and compliant proposals that win new business.
- Create visuals and graphics for marketing collateral and proposal content.
- Coordinate and strategize industry conferences, business development efforts, and client-focused events, including entertainment, trade shows, booth logistics, sponsorships, and meetings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal meetings, events and initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned
