What Your Day Will Look Like :
As a marketing manager, you will manage the full cycle proposal process for regional transportation teams. You'll manage and mentor a group of passionate and driven marketing professsionals while also partnering with regional technical teams and project managers on proposal processes. The marketing manager reports to the marketing director.
What You'll Do :
- Execute hands-on preparation of proposal responses and lead marketing efforts for strategic pursuits while overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of proposal materials.
- Manage preparation and draft content of proposals; assist and coach technical staff for presentations and interviews to ensure technical content is delivered in a compelling manner.
- Lead and maintain pursuit capture plans, collaborating closely with technical staff to drive early pre-positioning and pursuit readiness efforts.
- Facilitate and lead meetings for storyboarding, proposal strategy planning, and technical team interviews.
- Manage proposal schedules and keep internal staff and subconsultants on task reviews; organize and edit written documentation to improve clarity.
- Supervise, train, mentor and develop marketing coordinators.
