Role Overview :

CLASS Specialists are charged with supporting, planning, and delivering a variety of CLASS-based professional development, coaching, and training services. This FTE project-based position (until January 30, 2027) will require 75% travel, including some weekends and evenings. Must be Located in MI,IL, or MO and must be able to travel to all three army bases.

Role Responsibilities :

• Train and provide ongoing support to participants / clients as they deliver Teachstone's programs.
• Deliver and contribute to observer support programs / services (e.g., calibration, double coding).
• Collaborate with other CLASS Specialists to ensure quality implementation of services.
• Guide and collaborate with clients on multi-layered contracts.
• Support with planning out services implementation on large contracts
• Contribute to the development and revision of program materials to fit client needs.
• Achieve certification and maintain reliability for all age levels CLASS tool assigned.
• Other duties as needed to support Teachstone as the organization matures.
