TGS is a subsidiary of St. George Tanaq Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) committed to serving Federal customers while also giving back to the Tanaq native community and shareholders.About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations & Proposal Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager of Facilities by coordinating day-to-day operational activities while also contributing to the development of proposals for government contracts. This hybrid role requires a strong mix of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless proposal preparation.This is a fully remote position based in the United States. Occasional travel within the U.S. may be required.ResponsibilitiesOperational CoordinationSupport the General Manager in overseeing management services and ensuring operational efficiency.Coordinate contract requirements and operational issues and activities.Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvements.Manage documentation and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.Provide administrative support including scheduling, communications, and budget tracking.Proposal SupportAssist in the preparation and coordination of proposals for government contracts.Gather relevant operational data and compile necessary documentation to support bids.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, operations, contracts, and finance to collect and organize needed proposal content.Proofread and edit proposal documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with solicitation requirements.RequirementsRequired Experience and Skills3+ years of experience in management, project coordination, or government contracting support.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience in administrative or operational roles.Experience with federal government contracts and familiarity with the proposal development process.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of federal procurement processes and regulations is a plus.Ability to obtain a government clearance.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Education and TrainingBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.Pay Range and BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.401(k) retirement plan.Paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.The opportunity to work with a team dedicated to supporting federal government clients while upholding the values of Alaska Native heritage.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
