Our marketing team is seeking a Proposal Specialist, Justice + Civic with a passion for building brands to join our Justice Civic and Transportation sectors, supporting the winning of new work through proposal deliverable development that lead the A / E / C industry.We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home.

About Marketing Sector at DLR Group

At DLR Group, the Marketing team provides strategic support in pursuit of new opportunities and the development of marketing materials. By leveraging a deep understanding of market trends and client needs, the team highlights the firm's expertise and resonate with prospective clients.

Position Summary

The Proposal Specialist develops tailored content to support sector(s) project pursuits (opportunities). This content will include writing project narratives along with bios and resumes for design professionals, developing project plates, and development of other unique content for sector pursuits. With experience, this role will manage individual project pursuits and production of on-time, brand standard compliant deliverables (statement of qualification, request for proposal response, and interviews) from RFP receipt to interview completion.
