Job descriptionWork with a wide range of Subject Matter Experts across various functional areas to develop written communications that will be deployed across a variety of media Convert complex and varying explanations into concise and compelling value propositions and proof point articulations supporting those propositions Manage the overall proposal development process Build and maintain content library Analyze various business products and services to translate solutions into effective business proposals Produce RFI / RFP responses, finalist presentation materials, and written content for multi-media sales assets Operate in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment Ensure all RFI / RFP / proposal content complies with client requirements, legal standards, and internal policies Research industry trends, competitors, and client backgrounds to tailor proposals effectively Incorporate insights from win / loss reviews to improve future proposals Support proposal kickoff meetings to align stakeholders. Coordinate internal reviews and manage feedback loops to refine content Bachelor’s Degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field strongly preferred Ability to work US Est time zone Minimum of 3-5 years of business-to-business writing experience, preferably in the BPO Industry Multimedia writing expertise Advanced PowerPoint skills necessary including layout and design Creative and innovative thinking ability and strong planning skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Capability to work independently or as an active member of a team Proven successful under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment BPO experience preferred Facilitation skills, lead and support kickoff meetings, reviews, feedback sessions with clarity and diplomacy Navigate complex organizational structures to gather input and drive alignment Creative problem solving, finds solutions when faced with limited information or time
