Proposal Writer / Editor – B2B (Part-Time)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Editor to support their professional services organization in producing high-quality written materials, including proposals, RFP responses, and marketing communications. This part-time position focuses on crafting clear, compelling, and compliant content that reflects the firm’s professional image and aligns with brand standards. The ideal candidate brings experience within a professional services environment—such as accounting, finance, consulting, or wealth management—and excels at developing persuasive, client-ready documents.

This role is fully remote working 20 hours a week.

Proposal Writer / Editor Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize RFP responses, proposals, and supporting documents that align with client objectives and submission requirements.
• Proofread and refine content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency to ensure a polished final product.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, professional narratives.
• Manage document templates, maintain style guides, and uphold consistent formatting and branding across deliverables.
• Coordinate revisions, organize content, and monitor timelines to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Contribute to internal communications and marketing content as needed.
• Ensure all written materials adhere to firm standards, tone, and quality expectations.
