A company is looking for a Provider Scheduler.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule all Physicians and APC / APP practitioners in the Anesthesia department, including organizing orientations and obtaining availabilityCommunicate with facility leadership and providers to ensure all shifts are covered, including emergencies and PTO coverageMaintain provider schedules in the scheduling platform and manage locum agency communications and timecardsRequired QualificationsHigh school graduate; college attendance is a plus3 - 5 years of experience in provider scheduling preferredExperience in the medical field is a plusDemonstrates strong organizational skills and time managementAbility to work independently or in a team environment, especially in a remote setting
