A company is looking for a Provider Scheduler.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule all Physicians and APC / APP practitioners in the Anesthesia department, including organizing orientations and obtaining availabilityCommunicate with facility leadership and providers to ensure all shifts are covered, including emergencies and PTO coverageMaintain the provider schedule in the scheduling platform and manage communications with locum agenciesRequired QualificationsHigh school graduate; college attendance is a plus3 - 5 years of experience in provider scheduling (preferred)Experience in the medical field is a plusDemonstrates strong organizational skills and time managementAbility to work independently or in a team environment
