Job descriptionBaseline and monitoring appointments Andrology Egg retrievals Embryo transfers Master patient communication platforms (Salve) and portals Continual support and education of care team Understand and command knowledge of FDA. In charge of FDA audit and updates and available for consultations from clinical team Understand, counsel, and teach about Embryology / Andrology / Preimplantation Genetic Testin (PGT) / Reproductive hormones values and their implications Master the use of pelvic ultrasound to exam obstetrics and gyn examination in the context of fertility treatment and outcome Provide compassionate care to all Open patients Creating treatment plans, sign-off checklist Daily chart audits and preparation of charts Perform weekly cycle start / baseline checklist reviews for cycle start readiness FDA screening (history and physical, questionnaire and lab work screening / review), compliance, and initial determination sign off Perform baseline ultrasounds and follow up monitoring ultrasounds for ovulation induction, IVF and egg freezing Manage all patient treatment plans Perform a variety of procedures such as : HSG (hysterosalpingograms), saline sonograms and IUI (intrauterine insemination), hycosy, EMB Review semen analysis and follow up with patients Consult for outside / self- referred sperm cryopreservation patients Included in after hours on-call rotation with Spring Post retrieval / procedure symptom complaint evaluation / assessment Conducts procedural pre op assessments Assists in pre and post op procedure area, as needed Resource nursing staff Use electronic medical records and work off “task lists” to complete patient visits or requests. Completes forms and requisitions in electronic medical record Documents all required information in electronic medical record Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns. Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality. Remains calm and effective in an emergency or in high pressure situations. Performs other duties as assigned. Collaborate with team members on various ongoing projects. Able to manage a flexible work schedule which includes weekends and holidays Must continually demonstrate the safety procedures and utilize universal precautions Follow the written protocol assigned to the MA position Must be able to use appropriate body mechanics techniques when performing daily work. Active NP degrees in good standing Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and professionalism Maintain current CPR certification Ability to multi-task Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Knowledge of medical terminology Experience with, and proficiency in, electronic medical records Computer proficiency : Microsoft office

The APP an essential part of our provider team. The APP provides direct patient care to individuals undergoing treatment cycle. They partner with the physician team to assess, diagnose and order / interprets tests. The position requires an individual who takes pride in working with patients and provides highly personalized care. Our APPs work closely with all members of our clinical team and provide guidance and support. The APP is expected to participate and be trained in Spring process and SOPs prior to independent patient contacts and expected to move full scope of practice within 18 months from training.
