Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Provider Relations team, ensuring performance and accountability

Oversee provider enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing activities for compliance and accuracy

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and provider experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in provider relations, credentialing, enrollment, or healthcare operations

2+ years of people management experience, including managing Team Leads or supervisors

Bachelor's degree required; degree in healthcare administration, business, or process improvement preferred

Strong understanding of medical billing, payer enrollment, and healthcare workflows

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing / enrollment databases
