This is a contract 1099 position working with adolescents ages 10-17 onsite 20-24 hours / week.

Responsibilities Include : :

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner functions as the attending and will be responsible for care and treatment for the patients in our PHP / IOP programs in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care. The responsibilities include : the psychiatric evaluation, suicide risk assessments, medication management, progress notes, collaboration with outpatient providers, meeting with the family and discharge planning.
