InSynch Health is on a continued path for growth. We are offering full-time, part-time, PRN opportunities for a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient psychiatric care hospital. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth.  Requirements :   Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Texas is required at the time of hire. Texas DEA License required. Ability to travel within the Beaumont, Baytown, and Southeast Houston areas. Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.  Key Responsibilities :   Manage an average caseload of 20-25 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment. Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.  Opportunity Details :   Receive exceptional guidance and support from experienced Psychiatrists.
