Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Perm Placement
Location: Hollywood, FL (1005 Joe DiMaggio Drive, ZIP 33021)

Overview:
Join South Florida’s leading neonatal care team at a top-tier healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients. We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to contribute to a dynamic environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, professional growth, and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care within a high-acuity Level IV NICU, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the management and treatment of neonates with complex medical conditions, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices.
  • Cover a network of hospitals within the system, including Level III and Level IV NICUs, with rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and update families regularly on their child's condition.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
  • Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (must possess a valid certification; FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications are not eligible).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-certification experience as an NNP in a comparable high-acuity neonatal environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24-hour shifts at Level III units, and 10- or 12-hour day and night shifts at Level IV units.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality neonatal care.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-volume, high-acuity NICU settings.
  • Proficiency with advanced neonatal monitoring and respiratory equipment.

Benefits & Professional Growth:
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement options available—discussed during the interview process.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance, short- and long-term disability options.
  • Financial wellness programs such as a 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase program (15% discount), and pre-tax accounts (HSA and FSA).
  • Additional benefits include long-term care insurance, Aflac supplemental plans, identity protection, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a supportive environment.

Certification Requirement:
  • VMS Certification: Board Certified

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated team committed to excellence in neonatal care. We look forward to welcoming a skilled NNP to contribute to our mission of improving outcomes for our smallest patients.

Application:
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their salary expectations along with their application. For further details about the position or to apply, please contact our recruitment team.

Note: Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as an NNP and hold active VMS Board Certification.
