Registered Nurse RN Behavioral Health Position Available

Competitive compensation ranging from $31.55 / hr to $45.07 / hr based on experience.
Relocation assistance of $1500.
Sign-on bonus (SOB) of up to $10,000.

Overview : Join our team in Richmond, VA, as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health. This full-time position offers night shifts with rotating weekends.

Job Summary : As an RN at our premier Behavioral Health Hospital, you'll provide direct nursing care to patients across all age groups, ensuring compassionate and comprehensive care.

Job Responsibilities :

Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs.

Record patient conditions using computerized documentation systems.

Coordinate patient care among various disciplines for well-coordinated care.

Coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Job Qualifications :

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 60 days of employment.

Registered Nurse (RN) with a Registered Nurse Diploma.

Experience in LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) with an interest in behavioral health considered.
