This posting is to establish a pool of qualified applicants for the 2023-2024 academic year for positions at San Bernardino Valley College and Crafton Hills College.

Adjuncts hired to teach for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024

Qualifications

Education :

Licensed as Psychiatric Technician or Registered Nurse

AND : Bachelor's degree AND two years of professional experience in the field; OR any associate degree and six years of professional experience in the field.

OR the equivalent.

Experience :

Experience that indicates a sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, including those with physical and learning disabilities.

Desired Qualifications :

Experience teaching Psychiatric Technology courses at the college or professional level. Experience providing services for developmentally / intellectually disabled and / or mentally ill patients.
