Who You Are :

  • BE or BC in the state you are applying
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
  • Ability to obtain and / or maintain DEA certification for the State you are applying.
  • Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
